We don’t love rules but we do care about each other, our guests, society at large and the Planet… These are extraordinary times and we are having to adopt some additional procedures to keep you, us and the people we care about a little bit safer.
HOUSE RULES
We are taking every precaution against COVID-19 and have intensified all cleaning and disinfecting regimens for your safety. Each cottage is thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and sanitised as effectively as practicable in line with the guidelines issued by WHO and the UK Government. We are spacing out bookings to ensure that each cottage is left unoccupied for at least 72 hours between bookings. Hand sanitiser is available for your use.
In order to protect you, our other guests and staff, we will ask you to confirm the last destination you visited ahead of your arrival. We can only guarantee your reservation once this information is provided, in accordance with current safety guidelines. We will also require that you complete a COVID-19 liability waiver form online or via email.
Please accept our heartfelt gratitude for choosing to book with us under these extraordinary circumstances and rest assured that we will do everything we can to offer you a safe and enjoyable stay.
Special Disclaimer
I acknowledge the contagious nature of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 (or other similar pandemic viruses reported by the World Health Organisation such as SARS or MERS) (the “Virus”) and that many other public health authorities recommend social distancing.
Whilst Stylish Stays have put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of any such virus, I acknowledge that Stylish Stays cannot guarantee that I will not become infected with the Virus. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Virus may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of Stylish Stays and others, including, but not limited to, Stylish Stays' staff, other guests and their families.
I voluntarily seek the accommodation services provided by Stylish Stays and acknowledge that I am increasing my risk of exposure to the Virus. I acknowledge that I must comply with all procedures to reduce the spread of the Virus while staying at Stylish Stays
I and each member of my booking group attest that:
I am not experiencing any symptom of illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell;
I have not travelled internationally within the last 14 days;
I have not travelled to a highly impacted area in the last 14 days;
I have no reason to believe that I have been exposed to someone with a suspected and/or confirmed case of the Virus;
I have not been diagnosed with the Virus, or I have been cleared as non-contagious by my local public health authority and/or my doctor; and,
I am following all recommended guidelines as much as possible in limiting my exposure to the Virus.
I hereby agree and release Stylish Stays harmless from, and waive on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, and any personal representatives, any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or my property that may be caused by any act, or Stylish Stays‘s failure to act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Stylish Stays. I understand that this release discharges Stylish Stays from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Stylish Stays with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Stylish Stays. This liability waiver and release extends to Stylish Stays together with all owners, partners, and employees.
If during my stay I or any member of my booking group exhibits any symptoms of the Virus I will immediately inform Stylish Stays and will comply promptly and politely with all lawful requirements of Stylish Stays. I acknowledge this may include vacating the cottage I have booked.
